Collaboration.Ai is a Saint Paul, MN based technology company with employees and strategic partners around the globe. For the last several years, we have worked with government agencies (U.S. Air Force, NASA, DoD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office), big companies, universities, non-profits, and more to unleash the power of human connection to solve the world’s hardest problems.

Why now?
As a bootstrapped startup, Collaboration.Ai has experienced significant growth in the last several years and recently opened the St. Paul UWT Exchange in early-2025.
What are we looking for?

While this isn’t an exhaustive list, these are some of the more critical roles that we will be hiring within the next six months that are not currently posted publicly. These may be full-time, part-time, or combined roles depending on the people we find. - Project Management: Manage events, team and resources, reporting and metrics, and customer success.
- Tech Operations: Ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and collaborative tools, serving as the connector between people, ideas, and technology. This role manages event logistics, provides on-site technical support, and co-creates AI-enhanced workshop experiences with strategy and design teams.
- AI-Automations: Design AI-powered systems that enhance the impact and efficiency of our programs by mapping complex workflows and streamlining them through automation. This cross-functional role leads rapid experimentation with emerging AI tools and guides teams through transformative, design-driven change.
U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions.
