Who we’re hiring:
We are looking for a Project Manager to support our various client programs with a significant focus on our work with the U.S. Department of Defense. By joining our team, you’ll be on the ground floor in a fast-growing, bootstrapped startup in Minneapolis.
In addition to the experience and skills, you are excited to work on programs that will influence the future of work and national defense. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re going to do every day, but you’re also willing to roll your sleeves up and do what is needed.
What you’ll do:
- Manage ongoing client projects
- Establish best-practices for project management
- Work with our clients, partners, and team to understand requirements, communicate our process, prioritize, and keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with growth, development, and customer success teams
Some basic qualifiers:
- You believe in data over opinion
- You’ve got a strong understanding and passion for technology
- Written communication comes naturally to you
- You love speaking with clients and getting to heart of their goals, problems, etc.
- 2-5+ years work experience, startup experience a MUST
- Formal project management training is a plus
- Experience with working with U.S. Department of Defense (active duty or civilian) is a plus
- Salary: Commercially comparable
- Location: Remote availability with preference for candidates in Minnesota or in the Central Time Zone
- U.S. citizenship required
