Who we’re hiring:

We are looking for a Program Manager to support our various client programs with a significant focus on our work with the United States Air Force. This is a big opportunity to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup with public and private sector clients who embrace unconventional ideas and are committed to driving positive change. Our work with the Air Force is centered around driving innovation for various programs, ideally you’ll support our team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong bias for action. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our team to manage key client projects and initiatives, primarily for the Department of the Air Force.
  • Collaborate with our clients, partners, and team to understand requirements, communicate our roadmap, prioritize capacity and planning, and develop project plans.
  • Interface with government customers, partners, and other stakeholders to drive programs forward and uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain program management procedures, to include internal and external updates, and monthly reports.
  • Believe in data over opinion with knowledge on how to effectively share outcomes.

Some basic qualifiers:

  • Strong understanding and passion for client success, preferably with knowledge on government programs
  • Highly organized, driven, and able to work across multiple teams/projects
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years of program management experience, preferably with government or technology customers 
  • Willing to travel 4-6 times per year
  • Preference to candidates based in the Saint Paul-Minneapolis metro area, but remote candidates are still encouraged to apply
