  • Analyze data to identify potential areas of growth and emerging technologies.
  • Provide actionable insights to help improve the innovation submission process.

  • Analyze startups, their products, founders/networks, and the ecosystems they operate in to identify areas of growth, potential partnerships, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Develop recommendations for potential partnerships and investment opportunities.

Predictive Algorithms:

  • Develop predictive algorithms to forecast trends and opportunities in the areas of email traffic, innovation submissions, and startup ecosystem offerings.
  • Use machine learning and data modeling techniques to identify patterns and predict future outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive algorithms into our platforms.

Some basic qualifiers:

  • Master’s or Phd degree in Network Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Have excellent collaboration skills and can work well with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and familiarity with data visualization tools like Gephi, Neo4j
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining.
  • Familiarity with email API/security tools such as GSuite/360.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process optimization
  • Extra credit: You have experience with government/military customers and/or SaaS products
  • Extra credit: Network theory–experience and interest for how networks form and how to design network structures that encourage collaboration and the formation of meaningful connections.
  • Location: Fully remote with bonus points for applicants in Minnesota
