We’re looking for a strategic, versatile, and resourceful marketing/communications pro who’s energized by the prospect of helping to solve the world’s hardest problems by unleashing the full potential of human connections. This is a big opportunity to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup with public and private sector clients who embrace unconventional ideas and are committed to driving positive change.

The Marketing & Communications Manager will play an integral role in shaping and steering B2B and B2C content development, channel engagement, and integrated campaigns that support our customer and internal objectives. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing & Communications, and will collaborate closely with a stellar set of cross-functional peers and partners. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and writerly type with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong bias for action.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand and advocate for the target audience
  • Contribute to strategic development and planning
  • Drive cross-channel integration
  • Manage tactical execution
  • Write/edit short – and long-form content for digital channels
  • Oversee production of visual/storytelling assets
  • Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Build and maintain strong internal/external relationships
  • Seek out opportunities for creative experimentation
  • Track timelines, budgets, and metrics 
  • Analyze and report on performance

Some basic qualifiers:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive responsibility in agency- and/or client-side roles
  • Strong knowledge of the evolving digital marketing/communications landscape, including paid, owned, and earned strategies
  • Skilled at writing compelling, conversational content for digital channels
  • Experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Analytical and results-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preference to candidates based in the Saint Paul-Minneapolis metro area, but remote candidates are still encouraged to apply
