Minneapolis, June 13, 2023—Software and services company Collaboration.Ai has been awarded a new contract with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) for the U.S Department of the Air Force (DAF). Building on an existing engagement with the DTO to establish its digital-first ecosystem, network, and brand, the expanded scope will include development of a Digital Transformation Accelerator Suite (DTAS).
“It’s a privilege to work alongside the DTO, Airmen, Guardians, and program offices in support of critical digital transformation objectives,” said Brennan Townley, Collaboration.Ai CEO. “This new contract gives us the opportunity to more fully leverage technical, design, and management capabilities that will promote a digital-first mindset and help shape a new era of operational readiness for the DAF.”
Collaboration.Ai will develop, launch, and optimize the DTAS over a one-year period, aiming to:
- Identify and engage with current digital transformation efforts across the DAF to turn ideas into action;
- Maintain and evolve an enduring brand for the DTO and the digital transformation community;
- Build and foster an ecosystem of digital champions to drive culture transformation across the DAF; and
- Activate the ecosystem through engaging programmatic elements, digital platforms, and campaigns.
Outputs will include design and facilitation training for the DTO team, leadership digital strategy workshops, program-specific workshops, industry-academia-government “collider” events, and a digital maturity assessment design forum. Additionally, Collaboration.Ai will work with the DTO to expand its brand through graphic assets and tools that promote the DTAS.
Collaboration.Ai’s relationship with the DTO dates back to the office’s founding in 2021. The company has previously been awarded multiple Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III IDIQ contracts from the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Special Operations Command, and has supported the AFWERX Challenge program since 2019.
